It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Anne Ester Gorel of Elk River, Minnesota, born in Glencoe, Minnesota, who passed away on June 20, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Schuette and Ida Schuette; her husband Joe Goral; and her siblings, Wilbert Schuette, Helen Dee and Kerean Salmon.
She is survived by: her children, John Stearns, Terra Kock, Derra Syverson, Mary Anne Kohlgraf and Mercel Berry; and her sister Yvonne Wicktor. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren.
