He was predeceased by: his parents, David T. Cramer and Mary Cramer (Lumburg); his wife Elizabeth E. Miller; and his brothers, Marlow, Leslie, Merwin, Adrian, Sylvan, David I. and Brenton.

He is survived by: his children, Willa Bratsch (Wayne) of Le Center, William Cramer (Cherry) of Eagan and Ronald Cramer (Nancy) of Maple Grove. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
