She was predeceased by: her parents, Effie Clark and Ethan Clark of Neve, Kentucky.. She is survived by: her husband Richard Polley; her children, Carol Sue Farmer (Dave), Monica Jensen, Teri Demmer (Brian), Dick Polley (Deb) and Kim Dilling (Todd); and her grandchildren, Troy Farmer (Wendy), Robin Hammer, Sara Johnson (Andy), Kirk Farmer (Becky), Jennifer Stoneking (Travis), Cory Schwarz (Jason), Nicholas Hansen, Ali Robertson (Brice), Angie Thostenson, Jessica Mafale (Tom), RJ Polley, Nathan Dilling (Amanda) and Zachary Dilling (Mariah). She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and three sisters.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the First Presbyterian Church elevator fund.
