It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Dessner of Elgin, Minnesota, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Richardson and Florence Richardson (DeWitz); and her husband Frederick Dessner. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Rathbun (Ross) of Elgin, Darrel Dessner (Angie) of Elgin, Scott Dessner (Ann) of Rochester, Paul Dessner (Jennifer) of Eyota and James Dessner (Tanya) of Eyota. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
