He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Booker and Lucile Booker (Bailey); his spouse Jean Stephan; his son Gary; his brothers, Alva and Robert; and his sister-in-law Sue Booker.
He is survived by: his children, Brian of Dover, Mark of Salina, KS, Jeremy of Dover and Jennifer Waniorek (Darien); and his brother Fritz Booker of Nebraska.
