It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosemary Torgusen of Elbow Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Math Notch and Elsie Notch (Weichmann); her siblings, Richard Notch and Ruth Wolters; and her sister-in-law Carlin Notch.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her sons, Daniel Torgusen of South Carolina and Erik Torgusen of South Carolina; her brother Norbert Notch of Sauk Centre; and her nieces and nephews, Tammy, Matt, Mark Notch and Karen Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Olaf Catholic Church (518 Division St E, Elbow Lake, MN 56531). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
