It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Borgos of Elbow Lake, Minnesota, born in Henning, Minnesota, who passed away on April 2, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bond and Viola Bond (Foggy); her husband Harold Edwin Borgos; and her siblings, Milo, Raymond, Warren, James, Virgil, Bertha and Gertrude.
She is survived by: her sister Jeanne Vik of Battle Lake; her children, Jeff Borgos (Deb), Greg Borgos (Sally), Laurie Nordquist (Peter) and Julie Schecker (Donnie); her grandchildren, Brittney Kitzmann (Jake), Brandan Borgos, Bryan Borgos (Erika), Lizzie Nordquist (Justin Stoe), Joseph Schecker (Kaylie Nelson), Erik Borgos (Liz), John Nordquist, Michael Schecker and Paul Nordquist; and her great grandchildren, Paige, Allyse Kitzmann, Ezekiel "Zeke" and Vivienne Borgos.
Even during COVID, they managed to socially distance and play bingo in the hallway from their apartment doorways.
