Elfrida Jean Strand Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elfrida Jean Strand of Elbow Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sherwin Ackerson and Bertha Ackerson (Ness); her daughters, Virginia Strand, Christine (Jim Erickson) and Shelly (Tom Chasten); her grandchildren, Alissa Smith, Jared Smith, Justin (Nicole Smith) and Andrew (Tarah Erickson); her great grandchildren, Amber, Gabe Meuller, Paton Smith, Shelby Smith, Beckett Smith, Luna and Helix Erickson; her sister Eileen Blixrud; her nephew Craig (Susan Blixrud); her niece Wendy (Ell Beckmann); her husband James Strand; her brother-in-law Alden Blixrud; and her niece Julia Blixrud. She was also cherished by numerous relatives and friends.
