We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2021, at the age of 68, Daryl Tommerdahl of Elbow Lake, Minnesota, born in Alexandria, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hjalmer Tommerdahl and LaJune Tommerdahl (Nordin); his nephew Jordan Tommerdahl; his parents-in-law, Melvin and Clara Foss; and his brothers-in-law, Melvin Foss, Jr., Blessed and Daryl James Tommerdahl.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Foss of Elbow Lake; his children, Shannon Danzeisen (Chad) of Dalton, Jesse Tommerdahl of Hudson, Wisconsin and Amy Tommerdahl of Detroit Lakes; his grandchildren, Anna, Isaac, Cherish and Josiah Danzeisen of Dalton; his brothers, David Tommerdahl (Christine) of Brooklyn Park and Stuart Tommerdahl (Kay) of Fergus Falls; and his siblings-in-law, Leonard Foss (Sandra) of Winsted, Robert Foss (Donna) of Annandale, Patricia Sauter (Donald) of Victoria and Marilyn Foss of Young America. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many, many dear friends.

“Cheryl, was so sorry to see this , life keeps changing on all of us. wanted to let you know i think about you . I am now living is Raymond mn, and Gene has passed away also a year ago already. also did you know that Janet is all so gone. just happened to see this and wanted to touch base. Carol Kummrow”
