He is survived by: his wife Annetta Bos; his children, Kimberly Vanden Bosch (Michael), Vivian Anderson, Brenda Zwart (Ronald) and Randy Hendriks (Sandy); his grandchildren, Seth Hendriks, Brooks Hendriks (Trisha), Tana Zwart, Maxwell Zwart (Andrea), Alexa Tillma (Jayson), Samantha Vanden Bosch and Sydney Anderson; his great grandchildren, Ashlynn, Kaisen, Kylan and Jace; and his siblings-in-law, Norm Hendriks (Jan), Millie Hendriks, Dennis Fey, Herm Bos (Jan), Wilma Lanners, Dennis Parker (Patty) and Jean Kuehl (Dennis). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
