She is survived by: her husband Douglas Folkerts; her daughters, Krista Colvin (Richard), Kelly Bennett (Nickolas) and Kimberly Holtan (Andrew); her grandchildren, Ian, Caleb, Ryleigh, Jacob, Lydia, Christian, Avery, Olin and Caden; and her siblings, Donna Kuipers, Barbara Van Eck and Lelin Beckering.
