She was predeceased by: her mother Johanna; and her siblings, Anna Gorter, Gerald, Herman and Ed.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Schelhaas; her children, Ronald Schelhaas of Troy, N. Y., Diane Moddelmog (Jeff) of Grand Junction, CO. and Kerri Voiss (Steven) of Forest Lake, MN.; her grandchildren, Devin Schelhaas, Emily Snyder, Kristin Voiss, Viktor Voiss, Ellen Voiss and Kari Gilley (Kaleb); and her great grandchildren, Samantha Pickett, Remi Snyder, Robert Snyder, Rupert Snyder, Amelia Jane Gilley and Jacob Gilley.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First Christian Reformed Church (150 Center St S, Edgerton, MN 56128). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Hillside Cemetery (505 7th Ave, Edgerton, MN 56128).
