He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Kolk and Henrietta Vander Kolk (Vanden Bosch); his sister Hazel; his siblings-in-law, Daryl, Larry Tolsma and Mary Tolsma; his daughter Jana; and also, Pete and Nellie Tolsma.
He is survived by: his wife Donna (Tolsma); and his daughters, Evon and Sandy.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First Christian Reformed Church (150 Center St S, Edgerton, MN 56128). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
