He was predeceased by: his mother Lena Zylstra (Douma); his former wife Anna Marie; his granddaughter Deanna Zylstra; and his siblings, Johnny Zylstra and Helen Tinklenberg.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Arlyn Zylstra (Shirlene) of Jasper, MN, Marlene Jueneman (Dave), Buckeye and Connie Noll (Mark); his grandchildren, Jodi Hallstrom, Janelle Kelly, Angela Noll, Amy Noll and Andrew Noll; his great grandchildren, Ben Foley, Jordan Kelly, Katelyn Kelly, Nora Noll and Owen Noll; his nephew Sidney Zylstra; and his stepchildren, Gerrit Slegers (Tammy), Karen Moore (Danny), Hubert Slegers (Angela) and Ardyth Little.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Compassionate Care Hospice in Worthington.
