He is survived by: his former wife Darla Erickson; his wife Peggy Fransen of Luverne; his children, Darren Fransen (Melissa) of Marshall, MN, Brent Fransen (Heather) of Winona, MN, Tyler Johnson (Peggy) of Luverne, Travis Johnson (Stephanie) of Sioux Falls, SD and Meghan Johnson of Sauk Centre, MN; his siblings, Gene Fransen (Kaye) of Owatonna, MN, Karen VanEssen (Bob) of Edgerton and Dean Fransen (Ardeth) of Edgerton; and his grandchildren, Caiden, Cora, Addison, Asher, Eli, Isaac, Brendan, Shawn, Rayna, Clara, Connor, Camryn, Maci and Remy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
