He is survived by: his fiancée Adrianne Chihos; his daughters, Minda Hammond (Aaron) and Megan Waller (Andrew); his grandchildren, Emma, Eliana, Hannah and Bennett; and his siblings, Holly Monahan and Kent Olson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
