Vivian Marcella Elmgren Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Marcella Elmgren (Eden Prairie, Minnesota), who passed away on March 1, 2025, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Vivian leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Vivian may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Arvid Elmgren; her parents, Joseph Fall and Alma May Fall (Gregory); and her brother Clair Fall. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Kay Rusnak, Joseph Elmgren (Diane), Cheryl Wehrheim (Jimmer) and Patti Hatchett (Blake). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Excelsior United Methodist Church (881 3rd Ave, Excelsior, MN 55331). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred directed to Vivian's beloved Excelsior United Methodist Church.
