“As a young man out of college working for a local General Contractor, some tried to take advantage of my inexperience. Tom consistently went out of his way and did anything he could to help my jobs succeed. As a result, Tom & I worked happily together for about 30 years. Tom was a genuinely wonderful person and he was my friend. I couldn't agree more with what it said in his obituary, "Tom was one in a million". I will miss him. To Jeff Striker & family, I am so sorry for your loss Galen Tongen”
