We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2021, at the age of 77, Susan Kathryn Johnson of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, born in Racine, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hammes and Eileen Hammes (Potthoff); and her sister Jeni Merklein (Hammes). She is survived by: her husband Robert Johnson; her daughters, Tammy Naples (Jonathon), Heidi Johnson and Kelly Markowitz (Dan); and her grandchildren, Leah, Claire, Bella, Hudson, Liv, Graham, Brady and Noelle. She is also survived by many brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters, sisters-in-law; nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
