He was predeceased by: his father Clayton Hemsey; and his sister Cheryl Jennings. He is survived by: his mother June Hemsey; his wife Marilyn Hemsey; his children, Scott Hemsey (Leah Woldman) and Rachel Nelson (Kyle); and his sisters, Linda Polizzi and Sue Caputo.
