It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Wimsatt (Eden Prairie, Minnesota), born in Lyons, Kansas, who passed away on August 4, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Gretchen (Hardenbergh); his son Pete Jr; his siblings, William Wimsatt, Joseph Wimsatt and Bootsie Bray Murphy; and his former wife Sally.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Wimsatt (Kathy Davidson), Steve Wimsatt (Sandy Halvorsen) and Carol Wimsatt; his daughter-in-law Karen Wimsatt; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Michael, Brooke, Katie and Eric.
