She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Sommerville and Almehda Sommerville; and her brother Michael Sommerville. She is survived by: her husband Michael Peterson; her children, Meg Miroshnik (Stan), Douglas Peterson (Jenelle) and Marta Jopp (Derek); her grandchildren, Lev, Max, Jacob Miroshnik, Aiden, Amelia Peterson, Dylan and Everett Jopp; and her siblings, Robert Sommerville, Anne Stemp (Ralph), John Sommerville (Joann), Jean Kellogg (Edward) and Nancy Cates. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pax Christi Catholic Church (12100 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie, MN 55347). A Mass was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
