He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah Hutchens (Hoffman). He is survived by: his father Duane Hutchens; his wife Jane Hauan; his children, Camille (Nik) of Seattle, WA, Gwendolyn (Eric) of West Hollywood, CA, Maxwell (Lili) of Minnetonka, MN, Nicholas Hauan (Cara) of Glenview, IL and Hannah Hauan (Taylor) of Tempe, AZ.; his grandchildren, Remy Deborah Dechery, Penelope Jane Hauan and June Rose Hutchens; his siblings, Mark (Sue), Kevin (Julie), Phillip (Sam), Arianne (Doug) and David (Cathy); and his caregivers, Cathy, Shaya and Alfreda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
