It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlys Joan Anderson (Eden Prairie, Minnesota), born in Renville, Minnesota, who passed away on August 19, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jennings Pettis and Florence Pettis; and her brother Jerome Pettis. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Strube, Mark Schneider and Carla Thompson (Mark); her grandchildren, RJ Strube (Ashley), Gretchen McCarthy (Joe), Jack Schneider, Ellen Schneider, Sydney Thompson and Danielle Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Talia Strube and Beckett McCarthy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to Alzheimer's of MN.
