He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nelson and Jean Nelson (Schubert); his brother Kirk Nelson; and his nephew Chad Nelson. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Bosacker (John) and Shauna Kopp (Lauren); his grandchildren, Anna Buttermore (James), Jake Bosacker (Natalie), Mitch Kopp and Nick Kopp; his great grandchildren, Elijah Bosacker, Shae Buttermore and Colt Bosacker; and his sisters, Janice McKay, Hjordis Glover (Jim) and Pam Campbell (Ken).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lake Minnetonka Shores Chapel (4515 Shoreline Dr, Spring Park, MN 55384). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
