He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Wheeler; his father-in-law Charles E. Lynch; and his brother-in-law Bill Litfin. He is survived by: his father James Wheeler (Nadine); his wife Caroline Wheeler; his daughters, Kendra Allen (Kevin) and Isabella Wheeler; his grandchildren, Camden and Sawyer Allen; his siblings, Pat Wheeler (Camille), Cindy Litfin, Joni Wheeler and Tim Wheeler (Jane); his mother-in-law Marlene Lynch; and his siblings-in-law, Colleen Wegner (James Wegner), Charles Lynch Jr. (Carrie Lynch), Juliane Lynch-Daniels (James Daniels) and Steven Lynch. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
