James Gerald Boulger Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Gerald Boulger of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, who passed away on January 14, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Boulger and Eleanor Marchessault Boulger; his parents-in-law, Webb Sampson and Ruth Furlong Sampson; his sister Mary Andrews; and his brothers-in-law, Dan Callanan, Dan Skahen, Gary Sheldon Carlson and James W. Sampson.
He is survived by: his wife Dee Sampson Boulger; his sons, James G. Boulger, Jr. and Pete Boulger (Michelle Hajder); his siblings, William Boulger, John Boulger, Anne Skahen and Catherine Magnuson (David); and his sisters-in-law, Muriel Sampson, Laura R. Smith, Mary Carlson Higgins (Bob) and Catherine McNeill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand nieces, nephews and cousins.
