He is survived by: his wife Jacquie; his children, Eric (Ivy), Pam (Sean), Kurt and Mark; his grandchildren, Kai, Logan, Cari, Josh, Nick, Tim, Gia and John; and his great grandchildren, Ellie and Mikey.
