Floyd left this world on March 22, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thorvald Berntsen (Thomas) and Martha Pauline Berntsen (Peterson); his significant other Margaret Berntsen (Gjersvik); and his siblings, Raymond, Walter, Stanley, Eleanor, Mabel, Lester, Delaine, Vernon, Erling, Joyce and Beverly.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Seery (Daniel) and Brett Berntsen (Angela); and his grandchildren, Samantha, Johnathan, Zachary, Chyenne (Matthew) and Keely. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and great friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (16515 Luther Way, Eden Prairie, MN 55347). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
