He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Culbert and Roberta Culbert; his wife Nancy; his children, Lori Hough (David), Steven Culbert (Amy) and John Culbert (Erin); his grandchildren, Nicole Hough (Tyler), Kelli Hough, Matthew Hough (Sarah), Clay, Caitlin, Evan and Nolan Culbert; and his brother William Culbert. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials are preferred to the Shriners Children's Twin Cities in Woodbury, MN and Normandale Center for Healing and Wholeness in Edina, MN.
