With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew Cyril Meuwissen of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, born in Cologne, Minnesota, who passed away on October 11, 2023 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Andrew Cyril Meuwissen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gottfried Meuwissen and Mary Meuwissen (Kolb); his siblings, Phyllis Timian, Doris Kerns and Kenneth Meuwissen; and his grandson Thomas Wanzek.
He is survived by: his wife Viola; his children, Carolinda Snyder (Bob), Lori Wanzek, Tom Meuwissen (Nancy), Gwyn Hausman (Rick) and Lynn Sharratt (Matt); and his siblings, Bernard Meuwissen, Ralph Meuwissen (Mary) and Juanita Voves. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Second Harvest Heartland, which Andrew was a generous supporter of, or the National Kidney Foundation to help fight kidney disease.
