He is survived by: his parents, Cheryl and Scott (Lisa); his brothers, Corey (Kristina), Christopher (Ashlee) and Nicholas (Kelli); his grandparents, Richard and Marlene Proulx; his nieces and nephews, Haylee, Irene, Vivian, Greta, Talen and Jack; his pet Kronk; and his close friend Kronk. He is also survived by many relatives & friends.
