He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Busack and Bertha Busack (Werner); and his siblings, Donna, Robert, Arden, Marvin and Glen.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Busack of Echo; his children, Deb Carroll (Mike) of New Brighton, Steve Busack (Kathy) of Echo and Jon Busack (Nancy) of Echo; and his grandchildren, Sarah Ostman (John), Becky Banks (Jermicus), Jessica Busack (Ryan Dambroten), Pete Carroll, Brooke Busack (Joe Dambroten), Ashlee Zuehlsdorf (Taylor), Zak Busack (Samantha Judovsky), Morgan Busack and Cole Busack. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
