It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Steven Berg of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, born in Cavalier, North Dakota, who passed away on April 26, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Berg and Hazel Berg (Sandberg); his siblings, Roger and Diane; his sister-in-law Cheryl; his in-laws, Gary and Dede Longtin; and his pet Daunte.
He is survived by: his wife Jody Berg (Jolanda); his children, Carmen Bergom (Mike), Carrie Berg (Matt) and Jon Berg (Chelsey); his grandchildren, Breya, Isabel and Tess; and his siblings, Kevin Berg, Carol Groff, Marilyn Lipp and Jean Hornung. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Walhalla Fire Department, where Steve was a lifelong member.
