She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hanson and Inez Hanson (Paulson); her husband Pat; her sons, John and Anthony; her grandson Beau John Vettel; and her sisters, Idelle Sandberg and Lorraine Haugstad.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Gaffaney (Tim) of Wausau, WI and Mark Vettel (Alyce) of Warroad, MN; her grandchildren, Ryan Gaffaney (Kari), Peter Gaffaney (Jessica), Paul Gaffaney (Melissa Dennis), Chloe Vettel and Eli Vettel (Jiselle Thornby); her great grandchildren, Quinn, Adelynn, Blake, Penelope, Caroline, Henry and Evelyn; and her brother-in-law Donald Sandberg of Brainerd, MN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Caledonia Cemetery, ND, Ronald McDonald's House Upper Midwest Charities or the Charity of your choice.
