He is survived by: his wife Diana Abney; his children, Del Shern (Tammy), Cyndi Shern-Dooley (Steve) of Isanti, MN and David Shern (Diane) of Bethel, MN; his grandchildren, Michael Shern, Tom Shern, Mathew Gust, Madison Dooley, Wyatt Dooley and Colt Shern; his great grandchildren, Max Shern, Allison Shern and Josh Shern; his brothers, Gene Shern (Mel) of Petaluma, CA. and Ron Shern (Lois) of Andover, MN.; and also Jen Shern.
