It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Jon Englund of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, who passed away on July 19, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George William and Margaret Evelyn Englund (Armes); his daughter Bobbi Pratt; his grandson Scott Olson; and his sister Susan Argall.
He is survived by: his wife Lotty Englund; his children, Mitchell Nels Englund (Sandy Nygord) of Grand Forks, Marnie Suzanne Fawver (Scott) of Gonvick and Heather Leighanne Schroder (Dan) of Fisher; his grandchildren, Derek Englund, Ryan Englund (Kenny McMillan), Brooke Aamodt (Mark), Tyler Olson (Cassie), Crystal Kahl (Justin), Zach Dunrud (Lilly), Colt Schroder (Arica), Blake Lieberg and Mia Schroder; his great grandchildren, Riley, Tucker, Hudson, Avery, Kyah and Cooper; and his sister Margo Weisser (Steve) of Grand Forks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
