He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Monda and Naomi Monda (Dordal); his son-in-law Jason Zak; his grandson Jeffrey Zak; and his mother-in-law Doris Olson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Olson; his son Jerod Monda (Brenda); his grandson Austin Monda (Courtney); his daughter Chana Monda; his grandchildren, Ashley, Brynna and Casey; his great grandchild Jason; his siblings, Jon Monda (Robert Johnson) of San Diego, CA, Lauren Monda (John Payne) of Santa Barbara, CA, Jerry Monda (Florence) of Freeport, FL and Joseph Monda (Pat) of Rio Rancho, NM; and his father-in-law Emanuel Olson.
