He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Mosher and June Mosher (Ogaard); his siblings, Connie Larson and Harlan; and his sister-in-law Jan Mosher.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Rae Yanish; his sons, Rod Mosher (Linda) of Gresham, OR, Richard Mosher (Rhonda) of Two Harbors and Ryan Mosher (Carol) of Grand Forks; his grandchildren, Shaelyn Oling (Alex) of Two Harbors, Michelle Marcum (Dale) of Oregon and Jesse DeShirlia (Rachael) of Oregon; his great grandchildren, Bryanna, Liya, Ethan, Bryson and Collin; and his brother-in-law Jerome Larson. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Red River Valley Hospice.
