It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl John Proulx of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, born in Argyle, Minnesota, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Proulx and Frances Proulx (Verbout); his wife Peggy; his siblings, Paul, Noel, Priscilla Helgeson, Joan Proulx, Alma Ferris and Marie Chaput; and his grandson Scott Proulx.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Hanson (Dwight) of Mentor, MN, Kathy Proulx-Hendrickson (Paul) of Anchorage, AK, Terry Clauson (Jim) of Crookston, MN, Bob Proulx (Jenny), John Proulx (Janice), Ron Proulx (Arlis), Elaine Fetsch (Randy) and Arlene Johnson (Steve) of Grand Forks, ND; and his brothers, Edward R. Proulx (Charlotte) of Apache Junction, AZ, Daniel Proulx of Houston, TX and George Proulx (Diane). He is also survived by 34 grandchildren; 51 great grandchildren; 4 great- great-grandchildren.
