He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zejdlik and Rose Zejdlik (Arnold); his wife Patricia Zejdlik; his daughters, Colleen and Kelly; his granddaughter Shelly Kuntz; and his son-in-law Bradley Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Zejdlik (Gale), Cheryl Kuntz (Terry) of Jamestown, ND, Sandy Johnson (Shane), Kim Johnson, Randy Zejdlik (Kerry) of Grand Forks, ND and Jeff Zejdlik (Judy) of Grand. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
