With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Diane Solarski of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 16, 2025 at the age of 59. As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Diane may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Solarski and Bette Solarski (Allen); and her brother-in-law Gary Naastad. She is survived by: her siblings, David Solarski, Cindy Solarski, Susie Naastad and Kathy Qualley (Jerry); her nephew Randy Naastad; and her nieces, Amy Halle (Josh), Rachel Qualley, Sara Qualley and Atticus. She is also survived by other family members, many friends, and her school family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Dahl Funeral Home (2029 Central Ave NW, East Grand Forks, MN 56721). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
