It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charmella Hughes (East Grand Forks, Minnesota), born in Valley City, North Dakota, who passed away on December 4, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Svenningsen and Beverley Svenningsen (Colville). She is survived by: her spouse Bruce Strinden; her sons, Pete Strinden (Darci) and Matt Strinden (Jaci); her stepchildren, Dean Hughes (Linda), Ross Hughes (Lisa), Ethan Hughes (Julie), Lacey Millette (Luke), Ira Hughes, Jeremy Hughes (Sara) and Rose Johnson; and her sister Pam Narum (Dave). She is also survived by many grandchildren, step-grandchildren, step- great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
