He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Okins and Edith Okins (Wise). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Rolzinski; and his children, Tom (Terry), Tim, Diane Baxter and John (Julie). He is also survived by Seven grandchildren, nine Great-grandchildren, 3 sisters and many nieces and nephews.
