He was predeceased by: his wife Alice M Shofner; and his siblings, Allen "Mike" Shofner, Edna Smith, Jerry Shofner (Carol), Donna Wimer (Ralph), James "Jim" Shofner (Jo Ann) and Howard Shofner (Judy).
He is survived by: his children, Becky (Harrold) and Scott; his grandchildren, Christopher Shofner (Danielle) and Brittany Thielen (Shawn); his great grandchildren, Winston and Baby Thielen; and his siblings, Bard Shofner (Vicky), Barbara Johnson (Ronald), Caroline Mistelske (John), Russell Shofner (Debbie), Elizabeth Morlang, Sheryl Juetten and Laurie Pierce (Paul). He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, and close Friends.
