He was predeceased by: his wife Dee. He is survived by: his children, Debra Petersen (Kyle), Cathy Rickard (Michael), David LaFlamme (Debbie) and Michael LaFlamme. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; and by other relatives and friends.
