He is survived by: his parents, Scottie Stamos Moore of Oskaloosa and Eugene Robert Moore II; his wife Ruth Martin Moore; his brothers, Matt (Jill) of Okaloosa and Shawn (Chuck Cordray); his siblings-in-law, John Martin (Kara) of Des Moines, IA and Carol Feddern (Shawn) of Ankeny, IA; his nieces and nephews, Jack Moore, Zane Martin (Tori Schaff), Rece Martin (Kaitlin), Ava Hayworth, Kathryn and Alexis Cordray; and his great-nephew Walker Martin.
In lieu of flowers, Pat's family requests donations to The Patrick Moore Charitable Foundation, where 100% of proceeds will be given to help special-needs kids overcome many of the same challenges Pat had to overcome in order to live a normal life.
