He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Darlys; and his brothers, Barry and Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Wade (Kelli) and Tammy Buchanan (Dennis); his grandchildren, Hailey, Heidi, Hayden and Dylan; and his sister Ranee Johnson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society.
