He was predeceased by: his stepfather Howard Pike; his father Walter Otto; and his mother-in-law MaryAnn Griep. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his mother Myrna Pike; his stepdaughter Katie Virchow (Dan); his grandchildren, Autumn, Chelsea, Grady and Caeleb; his brother Bruce Otto (Barb); his stepsister Kim Ablard (Gene); his father-in-law Donald Griep; and his siblings-in-law, Shelly Jones (Jon), Mike Griep (Rose) and Brian Griep Many (Dawn). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Due to Covid Restrictions a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
