He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Victoria Kohler (Brian), Ronald Haack (Crystal) and Amber Haack (Daniel Shevtsov); his grandson Nolan Kohler; his brother Cory Haack (Sarah); his father-in-law Walter Carter (Peggy); and his brother-in-law J. J. Carter (Jessica). He is also survived by his nephews, family, and friends.
